The Site provides information and services related to Environmental Testing and Consulting.
The Services offered through the website (including mobile and third-party platforms) are the sole property of RTK Environmental Group, LLC. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any services without prior notice. Continued use of the Site following such changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
All Services are provided “as is”, and we assume no liability for delays, data loss, or interruptions.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and RTK Environmental Group, LLC.
Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Connecticut, with jurisdiction in the courts of Fairfield County, Connecticut.
Severability: If any part of this agreement is found invalid, the rest remains in effect.
Statute of Limitations: Any claims must be brought within two (2) years of the event giving rise to the claim.
